What time should guests arrive?
Our ceremony begins at 3:30 sharp. We recommend arriving by 2:45-3:00 pm to find your seat, snap a few photos, and get settled before we say “I do!” No late guest will be allowed once the doors close.
When do we need to RSVP by?
Final RSVP deadline: February 1st. We will not be able to accept responses after this date.
Can I bring my children?
While we love all your little ones, our wedding reception will be adults-only so everyone can relax and celebrate.
Are plus-ones allowed?
If your invitation includes "and guest," you are welcome to bring a plus-one! If not, we'd love to celebrate with just you.
Will dinner be served?
Yes! A full dinner will be provided.
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely-enjoy drinks on us! Our open bar will be available throughout the evening. Please drink responsibly and plan safe transportation if needed.
What time does the reception end?
The reception will end at 10:00 pm. We are currently planning an after-party, and additional details will be shared soon.
Can we bring gifts?
We kindly request monetary gifts for our honeymoon. Cash, Cash App, and Apple Pay QR codes will be available at the wedding, and contributions can also be made through the Registry tab on our website. Thank you!
What should I wear?
We'd love for our guests to dress to impress in formal attire. Gentlemen are welcome to wear a black tuxedo or suit. Ladies are encouraged to wear a black floor-length gown. We kindly ask that our guests do not wear white or blue. Black formal attire is required.
Is transportation provided?
No-please plan to drive or rideshare to the venue. Parking is available on-site.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors. No need to worry about the weather.
What is the weather like in Sugar Hill in April?
Spring in Georgia is beautiful! Expect mild temps-typically 70's during the day and cooler in the evening.
Where should I stay?
We highly recommend staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Buford Mall of Georgia, where we have a reserved room block. Due to traffic in the area, staying close will help ensure a smooth, stress-free arrival.
Why do you recommend staying at the hotel block?
The venue area can get busy, especially around our ceremony time(3:30 pm). Staying at the host hotel means less driving, less stress, and more time to celebrate with us!
Can we take pictures at the wedding?
Yes! We would love for you to capture memories and share the joy using our hashtag #ThomasForever. Please remember to keep your phones on silent during the ceremony so everyone can fully enjoy the moment.
